This potent instrument consists of two antennas—one for transmitting and the other for receiving a microwave field—to deliver accurate, precise, and reliable contactless Measurements of Moisture and Density as products move on a conveyor belt, or as bulk material accumulates in a chute.

Designed for monitoring continuous production, as well as incoming and outgoing goods, these sensors provide real-time Moisture and Density data without any physical contact, ensuring seamless quality control and process optimization.

The non-invasive design allows for accurate and precise monitoring without interrupting production flow or goods receipt. A sensor check feature maintains measurement accuracy, ensuring reliable performance over time.

MW 55

TEWS MW 55 is an inline Microwave Measurement system that provides automated, contactless Moisture and Density profiles of products in boxes, bales, or bulk materials — independent of density variations. With rapid measurements per second, it ensures near-total process control, accessible via touchscreen or remotely, and integrates with process control systems.
